What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how returns work. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Delivery is charged separately, by weight. It is not built into the item price. The fee is worked out at checkout from the weight of what you are buying, and you see it in full before you pay — never after.
Some products carry free delivery whatever the basket comes to. Those are marked with a delivery badge on the product itself, so you can tell before adding it.
2–5 days for items shipped from within the Philippines. 5–10 days for items shipped from overseas. Both are counted from when payment clears, and every product page says which route applies before you buy.
A basket can contain items from both routes. Where it does, they ship as separate parcels, may arrive on different days, and delivery is charged for each — all of which the checkout shows you before payment.
These are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees. Customs, weather and courier backlogs are outside our control.
Items shipped from abroad are sent on delivered-duty-unpaid terms. Most arrive with nothing more to pay, but if the Bureau of Customs inspects and assesses a parcel, any duty or tax is charged to you on delivery. It is not included in the price or the delivery fee you paid us, and we cannot predict or prevent it. Parcels shipped from within the Philippines are never subject to this.
You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched and we refund it in full. Once a parcel is on its way it cannot be cancelled — return it instead.
If something is wrong with it — damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description — tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery you paid. Photographs help and usually save you sending anything back. This covers everything we sell, wherever it shipped from.
If you simply changed your mind, tell us within 14 days of delivery and return the item unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours in that case, and this applies to items shipped from within the Philippines.
Overseas items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Sending one back costs more than the item is worth, so we do not offer it — the product page tells you which route an item ships from before you buy. If an overseas item arrives faulty or is not what was described, the first paragraph still covers it in full.
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons — underwear, swimwear, personal care — cannot be returned for a change of mind either. They are of course still covered if they arrive faulty.
Start a return from the order's message thread in your account and we will arrange collection.
Refunds go back to the method you paid with. If you paid by QR transfer, we send it back to the number or account the payment came from — tell us if that has changed. How quickly it appears is up to your bank or e-wallet, and is usually a few working days after we process it.
Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Where this page and that law disagree, the law wins. The full terms of sale are in our terms of service.
